HVAC installation for Those Indian Guys restaurant, including a dedicated make-up air unit, FCU duct distribution, commercial kitchen hoods, and black iron grease exhaust ducting. The system was coordinated to suit the open-ceiling layout and kitchen airflow requirements

Daycare HVAC project featuring RTU supply and return ductwork along with exhaust fan ducting. Designed to support proper ventilation, indoor air quality, and comfort for childcare spaces.

Noodle Box

HVAC and kitchen ventilation installation for Noodlebox restaurant in Saanich. Work included rooftop exhaust fan, black iron ducting, make-up air unit with ductwork, and RTU supply and return air distribution

Gourmet Lunch Ladies

Complete commercial kitchen HVAC installation for Gourmet Lunch Ladies, including three kitchen hoods with exhaust fans, welded grease ductwork, and make-up air unit installation. Project also included RTU ductwork and installation of a new Trane rooftop unit to support kitchen operations

Daycare

Completed a full HVAC and ventilation installation for a daycare facility in Victoria, featuring a 4,000 CFM outdoor ERV with classroom-specific CO₂ sensors. Project included ductwork distribution, fan coil unit installations, and exhaust fan systems.

Firehouse Subs (Tsawwassen)

Installed RTU ductwork, supply fan with duct heater and motorized dampers, and exhaust fan systems for Firehouse Subs in Tsawwassen

Dehl's Gourmet

Provided a complete kitchen HVAC solution featuring dual fan coil ductwork installations, a pollution control unit, and a make-up air unit with full duct distribution for proper ventilation and airflow control.

Bar Burrito

Delivered a full kitchen ventilation and HVAC solution featuring MAU installation, kitchen exhaust fan and hood systems, and multiple exhaust fans. Project also included fan coil ductwork installation for efficient airflow distribution.
